For those who missed it first time around the first episode will be airing on ABC1 tonight at 9:25pm (check your local guides). It's worth a peek.

    Default Sponsorship

I have a demesne, and not one friggin serf !!!

we could do a deal but no structure exists that permits me to sponsor serfs.

if one does, and i have missed it, i would welcome the knowledge.

i also have needs for petty nobility and (again) no structure exists.

i am working on an incorporated body, with special interest of 'The Practise of Feudal Society '

the entire gammut of personal, sans the top shelf, are required.

where does one find the players?....in a slum or in a Mc.Mansion.

    # just address me as my lord.#

i bet you are thinking Lord Retarded Megalomaniac, and you are wrong.
    more like Lord Tactless Bastard
i'm just coming from the heart - kinky - hey.

accustomed to the enquiry 'why not?', i find myself confounded by an absence of answers.
is there any law that prevent me from say, a nice little Benevolent Dictatorship?, what is it called, where can i find it.

if the thing is legally packaged up, incorporated, committee run ( stacked ), with a constitution that puts (for example) me, as Lord and 'them' as serfs...............

is that any different from the International Society for Creative Anachronism?
i have bowed to the King knowing full well that the man at arms behind me would hurt me if i did not.

the shit runs on "Subscription". The players high and low subscribe, they pay for it.

this old generous lord was simply considering a 'gift' of 'subscriptions', to slum dwellers....

really i only need 12 of them.
it was all i ever really needed,,,,12 good men.

Serf - An agricultural laborer bound under the feudal system to work on his lord's estate.

I would like to point out I have thousands of serfs, perhaps a million or more, & they reside everywhere my chicken tractor has been. These serfs also known as Eisenia fetida toil endlessly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with time off only for sex which I allow them to do graciously. These serfs in my employ constantly create better soil for me. How do you not have serfs of your own?

    G'day mate

Only when it originally aired, and then again very soon after while it was on ABC iView. Oh, and I incorporated some clips from it into a PowerPoint that I developed and then presented to first year undergrads. The message was not lost on many (hopefully most) of them.

    Cheerio, Markos.
