Permaculture-minded person looking for cheap accommodation in Townsville area.

Hi everyone, I have spent 10 years building up a permaculture-based property in Ravenshoe, North Queensland, and now find myself renting in suburban Townsville with my family. Things not working out too well and need to move out on my own. Keen to move into simple/basic accommodation in exchange for help with gardening, permaculture design, building, etc.. Have recently joined the Townsville permaculture group. I teach full-time in Townsville and am hoping to attend the workshop for teachers at Kuranda next weekend ( if I can scrape some cash together).
