Upcoming Project in Laos

Hi, I am a Brit expat who has lived in Thailand for 20 years. I am now planning a Permaculture Project in Southern Laos on around 80,000 sqm. It is an ex paddy field. I plan to commence in a few months. I would be looking for someone who may be interested in design, planning and implementation. I can provide accommodation in Thailand for the design and planning period, then in Laos. I think this is a good forum which must be the best source of information.
