tagasaste, silver wattle (fukuoka's favourite fast grower) & comfrey plants
who is willing keen and able to buy these plants?
what size is best for mailing?
the prices at which they will be keenly sought?

Hi Gippslander,
if you're in the Gippsland area I would love to buy Tagasaste and comfrey seedlings to fill my 5 acres.
Cheers.

thanks for your reply mate
but aussie post draws the line way before five acres
seems to me that a nursery specializing in some permaculture perrennials
might fill the bill for a quite a few permies
we are not a nursery
but please do not send encouragement
or we will be!
we are presently planting out taga
the comfrey is a spring to autumn godsend
this year we cut it 20 times for the chooks & taters
so it is a robust line
cheers dears
ps add silver beet (perennial it seems)
How would you sell the comfrey? Whole plants or roots? I'm trying to get it to germinate from seed at present without any apparent success so far (been in the seed raising mix about 3 weeks).
I'd buy some... I paid $30 for 50 lemon grass corms recently (plus P&H), and would pay the same for enough comfrey to go beside the lemon grass in my edge guild.

thanks for entering this little 'survey'
I do not think growing from seed will be anything like as effective as from root cuttings
email me via the gardenfarm.biz website and I will help if I can
cheers
My comfrey arrived today - thanks!

BTW my comfrey is doing great - It's really bouncing back as the weather warms up.
This is a good introduction to comfrey. Everyone should have one or more growing in the garden. A most useful plant.
