Default Good ashing powder to use for grey water recycling

We're going to start recycling grey water from our washing machine. I've read that many of the washing powders available contain a lot of sodium. As we don't want to start our own mini-salination project in beeyoodiful leafy Camberwell I guess it's a good idea to use a powder with minimal/no sodium.

Any suggestions for what's available in Australia? How have other people recycling grey-water in the suburbs handled this?

    Cheers

    David

    g'day david,

we make our own liquid stuff mate and also use it as hand wash.

look on my site on the remedies page for the recipe we use.

all our grey water goes to plants.
