Rent a permie place: Sydney outskirts

Hi,
I will be away from Sydney for about 6 months from beginning 08 and am interested in renting my home to genuine, dedicated, responsible and caring permaculture people.

If you are interested in making an application to rent the property, then please PM me with your details and a bit about yourself and your passion for permaculture.
I am still constructing a lot of the logistics and details in my own mind about how this will work, but I thought I would put this "advert" out there in the permie "universe" and see what direction things take off in.

The property is about 80kms NW from Sydney CBD, has town, tank, well and dam water (both tank and well pumps are out of commission at the moment, but that can be sorted out once I find the right people to negotiate with).


I dont get internet access very much anymore, so dont be alarmed if I dont get to respond straight away.

Rent will be negotiable. I am looking for a person or couple or small family and what they can offer in way of progressing permaculture on the property and genuinely looking after the place. I am looking for person/s who can truly demonstrate general "handy-ness" and practical "can-do" in getting things done and keeping on with what's already there.

I believe if its "right" it will all work out right.
