Large farmhouse..suit 2 couples with up to 450acs mixed farm land. 5yr lease available and will consider share farm contract.
House alone on 1ac will be for rent if above has no takers, 12mths lease. 19k's from town.. sealed road...highschool, private and public primary..doctors and hospital. 30mins Cowra...45mins Orange.

How much water is available for this farm? Creeks/Bore/Dam etc? What sort of usage has the land had recently. Any photots?

I would love to take the place on but cant. I think I need a sea change after 25 years in the Top End and renting your place for a while would be a great start.

Well ive been to this property of Cathy last febuary and its as green a green can be then,She told me it was out of a drought then but you coulda fooled me(easy sometimes)....I woulda moved in that day had i not been on a round oz trip and had obligations back here in the west...

The veiws were to die for,it was misty in the mornings,and plenty of lush grass and feed.....

Unfortunatly i dont have big bucks in my bank account either...

Still wanna live there though.....

Hi all,

Yes the farm is still for sale or rent. were too quick last year saying the drought had broken, the wheat looked good for few weeks but only ended up as sheep fodder. It is looking good at present, enough rain to wet the subsoil and we'll be planting over next few weeks depending on contractors, so fingers crossed first good wheat crop in 6 years.
