We're looking for land in the areas around Cygnet (Nicholls Rivulet, Gardners Bay, Deep Bay, Lymington, Petcheys Bay, Wattle Grove, Glaziers Bay) or possibly Woodstock, Pelverata, Franklin, Ranelagh, Lucaston - we'll consider other areas nearby if the land is really good.

What we are after:
At least 10 acres in total, with some bush and some cleared land
A sunny cleared area for house and garden - at least three acres, preferably north or north-east facing, not too steep, preferably easy to access
privacy
quiet
wireless internet coverage and mobile phone reception
