Where do you get some in the Brisbane/Warwick area?
Many thanks

Thanks Len.
Dont think so. It just seems to come up in alot of the readings of drinking from rain water tanks.
I will chase it up.
Cheers!!
lots of scare stuff around about tank water, majority sadly comes under attempted manipulation
we have drunk tank water for over 15 years no some of that while we were in the suburbs. never ever filtered it but when i can get hold of a couple hands full of limestone chip i was going to try it and see what effect it might have. until then we drink it as it comes, we do have 1st flush diverters installed, and we run our downpipes direct from roof gutter height to teh tanks, got no faith in that new idea of going down underground then back up into the tanks.

Same,
we have the gutters going straight to the tank, and first flushes for both pipes.
:-)
I drank rainwater for 20 years, no first flush, concrete tanks.
Got into a large online debate about filtering and it seems our US counterparts are all for it (and the price associated), besides the anecdotal evidence from Aussies that it is fine.

Drink tank water here no first flush, no filter and we haven't had any problems... rather drink tank water at least I have a fair idea what is in it town water here will kill a garden and hot water systems are dead within a year.
Every environmnetal battle won, is by population growth undone
try monumental masons thgey usually have heaps of scraps
i recon it works
we're a junior small nation of little knowledge, by and large yank's don't pay heed to much of our advice, the anecdotal is continual anecdotal very many aussies drinking unfiltered tank water, the first flush is an extra aid to us it allows us to capture dew from the roof when tanks are full. on 2 locations we drank tank water while in the suburbs of brisbane. 1st flush diverters very affordable.
