    Another door ...

In researching local (to the course location) permaculture gardens, the teacher forwarded me a website address of a potential farm/garden to visit.

I contacted this person, and they gave me a link to a fellow, who happens to be the shire (ranger) representative of an amazing property ...

... and this council custodian is holding a meeting in a couple of weeks, for the very purpose of promoting a permaculture network!

The thing that amazes me is that I've already met the ranger a couple or three times, know one of their gardeners (from before they were one of their gardeners) and the links and connections (which are more than I can stand to write, right now) are starting to make my brain hurt! lol

Meant to be, or what? :-D

PS. Two students now. 8 to go. Still need a cook (sorry you can't travel so very far Pak ... I think it would have been just your cup of tea )

I'm a hell of a cook, you are missing out. The Mrs. even stays out of hehehe, MY KITCHEN.

See? Maybe you should find a way to arrive downunder

Back to the course ... 6 places left (I actually WANTED to do advertising, sheesh!).

On board so far is one teacher (who is travelling to teach), one certified organic farm (host), one permaculture farm (demonstration), one shire ranger (he doesn't know it yet, but in talking to him today, it turns out I fed his wife just last week with some mighty-fine soup! ... and yes, you know who you are ), one president of a community garden, and a few nuts (myself included ).

I need a cook (hmmm, if the cook ends up being me, will I get an opportunity to learn, or will I be too busy being the cook?).
