Farm owner/manager position developing a diversified permaculture farm on 216 acres of privately owned land in CT. Opportunities include mixed fruit orchard, annual veg production (potentially rice!), small livestock, and agroforestry. Looking for highly-collaborative, positive, situationally aware, dependable, self-starter people with experience in organic farming, permaculture, and/or social entrepreneurship.
