    Default I won't be shy...Hi!

maybe I will, maybe I wont, the answer is yes or it could be no?
bouncing around hither and fro, I will never know if I dont have a go
testing are some times of these, where nothing really is at it seems
taking a chance more often than not loosens my shackles and sets me free.
took from my pocket that lucky 1 dollar bill tired of it's symbolism and might over will
looked at it briefly, wound down the window set it free and with the wind it goes.
there may be somebody down the street who will find this thing at thier feet
look at it smile, ponder and wonder, how it got to the land down under?
I was wondering if I ever did believe that such an object would make one wealthy.
but then again the finder keeper may benifit from the disgruntled litterer!

Hello everyone, I'm Travis, since attending the 2010 PDC in Melbs a lot has changed in my life as they said it would, I now chose not to waver from my ethos!

Joined this forum a year ago but this is my first post, forgot all about it.

I live on the sunshine coast, Nambour against the Blackhall range, a permaculture work in progress 1 acre has small deep dam stocked with silver perch, just about anything grows here. Singapore daisy has taken over the slopes, must begin the process of competitive exclusion!

    I'm glad to be here

    Travis

Hi Travis - I'm a fellow Nambourian! Do you ever get along to the Transition Nambour gatherings, or Permaculture Noosa?

Once you have worked out what successfully competes with Singapore Daisy let me know.... I haven't figured it out yet.

Hi, No I have not been to either that you mentioned, only been here 5 months, but I should get along and meet some other like-minded folk.

We think that perhaps we could bake the daisy under black plastic, remove then plant something else while it's down.

Hi, I have not been to either but I will, have lived in Nambour for 5 months so it's about time I get out and meet some like-minded people, I thought I replied to your post earlier but it did not work, is there a delay in posting?

Yes there is - we Mods have to manually check all the new posts until we are happy that you are kosher. There's a stall at the Big Pineapple Markets - right inside the building down the back - where all the Transitioners hang out. Make yourself known and find out what is happening re meetings. I may or may not be there, not sure what I'm up to over Easter.
