Default australian uni student looking for aus farm to volunteer on in holidays

do you have a farm/property in australia and want an australian volunteer?

    hey all,
i'm looking for a farm or community to volunteer my time with over my uni holidays in july this year and december/jan.
i'm a third year student studying spanish and literature at uni (so not heaps relevant) BUT last year i spent three months in Ecuador where i took a sustainable agriculture and permaculture course for a month while working on the farm. i worked at another permaculture farm located on a land trust with aims in agroforestation (i think that's the right word) and finally i worked in a semi rural community on a property and with the seed saving network of Ecuador. I currently live in sydney and am itching to work with the land again, and to learn more about Australia.

If you have a farm in Australia with interests in permaculture, eco building, sustainable food production or the like, i'd love to come and volunteer my time with you in July to learn and help out. please post below!

    hi michael,
thanks for the suggestion, i did register for wwoof south america while i was in there, however since i'm in my home country i thought i would try to source some possibilities that could be aimed less at travellers, before i pay the wwoof australia joining fee. things in aus seem to be a little more covered in red tape though, so i may have to end up signing up.

    thanks,
    madison
