Hello!

I have started an open-source resource library - http://permitools.wikispaces.com it is very limited at the moment with file upload size and total capacity, etc. but it is a start of sorts. I envision it growing and transforming possibly becoming its own website if the web-resources manifest. I am posting this for you-all to share and if anyone wants to collaborate they can contact me and I can make you a contributing member or you can also share files with me via dropbox. If anyone has ideas about this expanding/transforming I am also open to hear. my mail is walkingin_om[at]hotmail.com
