Sugar isn't the problem for me. Cheese addiction is what I have....
Salt, sweet, bitter, sour- argh! the temptations of the taste buds. These are supposed to be the simple pleasures, but only in moderation. Nothing like a slice of salty smoked salmon, some pickled ginger with a briny olive or five and a big fat wedge of double cream brie washed down with an earthy peasant shiraz! A good cheese is a worthy addiction eco.

Would homemade sugar crystals/syrup be better...(please say yes, cos I just found a source for the sugar sorghum and its an kiwi heirloom type too).
