I think I'm going to be sick. I do agree with using the whole animal, but not like this.

I'd like to think it's strawberry icecream....but probqbly not. Jamie Oliver did a demo of making nuggets, bones skin fat not too much meat ground up in a big blender and voila chicken nuggets....Yummo

While I do not agree with even entering a McD's for any reason, I would like to point out that this is no different then making bologna, sausage, fish balls, wonton filling, & any other emulsified food for cooking. This type of cooking does have a place in a Permaculture community, but this example does not by a long shot.

Depends on, if you are a meat-eater, on how you leave your bones after a meal. Some people leave them bone-only, some leave little pieces of meat, some won't even go near the bone area.

This 'enhances' the process. Ingredients labelled need to reflect that, honestly.

I am not sure what you mean. I am talking about emulsified / ground meat like you would find in the examples I stated above. While I agree that mechanically processed meat does need to be reflected, I do not understand how meat ground for sausage would be enhanced & needs to be labeled.

Wrong choice of words. I believe people need to know exactly how and where their food comes from. MSM doesn't bother me like other people because I tend to clean my bones thoroughly, MSM is 'enhancing' how I eat my food. With added marrow and fat.
