Hi all,

If anyone has managed to get a food swap up and running in other areas would you be able to respond here, with whether you had to jump through beurocratic hoops, re food handling, public liability insurance etc.
We have hit a roadblock with the council, who say we need to get insurance and follow food handlig laws. I believe there is other legislation that covers swapping/donating, but im having trouble finding it. Any ideas?
