I own 250 acres at Tara, it is zoned rural residential, the power is connected out the front. It is a large block nestled in amongst 30 acre home sites. It is close to town and has services available to it.

I am looking to sell it, or swap it for something else. I own the block beside it also, which I am keeping.

Hi Woz, it is at Tara in Queensland.

I haven't listed it with an agent yet, though I was going to list it at $350k.. I own the land next door also and am keeping it. I will consider any other real estate.
