Ok, had an idea for ...RAK #1 (RAK #2 is hatching in my head but need some extra info before proceeding...will keep you all posted on that one)

All those interested in participating in #1, it'll only cost a couple of bucks each but if we get enough people it'll be just awesome for the recipient. Please PM me for details about what to do.

    Ah just what I needed...

After much dissapointment with the local youth group here.. (who are supposed to have Monday night boxerise every week, which seems to only happen when the instructor feels like showing up)

Anyway. Sam and I have purchased a bit of gear from EBAY (love it )And we though we will do it in the park on Saturday mornings. Most of the gear that we bought is pre-loved so don't really care if it gets used by other peiople and wears quicker.. Anyway,,, T'is not a money making venture, but we would pay to do something like this.. So we thought that we would charge a gold coin donation for every time you participate in one of my circuits. Then at the end of every month Donate it to a local charity..
Can I get some ideas of what sort of charites are probably more in need.. Some get all the funding and you others from time to time, who have to struggle to do anything.

Awww, great idea Dan THE Man....but, (Im a worry wart, I know, forgive me,k?) be careful, cos what if someone gets hurt?? You are actually "charging" to do an activity and you'll have no insurance...recipe for disaster in this litigation happy era in which we live
Instead, why don't you offer your classes *as* the donation?(if you know what I mean) ie: Nursing homes, RSL, *you* guys do the youth group nights...something, I dunno.
    Nice idea...just needs some brainstorming.
