Hello from Nashville TN, USA
I'm happy to find this forum. I've started a thread in the "Planting" forum (which I guess is pending mod approval) soliciting advice on no-till method gardening.
I'm 34 w/ a wive and 4 year old. I've been organic gardening for about 6 years. I'm very concerned about the distribution system of food in my country, in light of our ongoing economic collapse. I'd like to see more edible landscapes in suburbia . (I actually attempted to get a project off the ground last year to facilitate this.)
I'm also very interested in the ideas of Jacque Fresco, as profiled in the new movie Zeitgeist: Moving Forward. I'm a big dreamer with big ideas, all relating to the creating a healthy, sustainable-fed world. Happy to be here.

Hi Lorin, the economic situation is a worry.
There is certainly alot of info here that might help.
Have you heard of Transition Towns?
