it is a quaint way of limiting me pissing people off.
feel free to talk rebellious Esperance stuff, any stuff.
group crazies, district 3 was a sieve to catch rebels like moi, from the herb club, the permaculture herd.
it didn't work,,,got goodly smothered....screened.
