I first tried some in Southern China in 2000, was a bit cautious thinking of traditional sour grapefruits but was pleasantly surprised by a grapefruit like taste without the bitterness. Thay are on the "plan to grow" list.

I have one growing its only 2 years in the ground .
I cant wait not just for the flavour but the look
but
Thai/Vietnamese inspired Pommello salad maybe prawns or chicken yum

I had pomelo for breakfast most days when in the Solomon's recently. It's on the the shopping list for my place now. Yum. Grapefruit without the bitterness is a good description Woz.
