cheecking new private messages

just can't get my mind around the new interface, not as simple as before.

how do i get to my private message section or how do i see notification that a new private message has been recieved?

Next to your name at the top of the screen is a triangle and Notifications. They are in there. Or under What's New is Private Messages.

In addition, if you have any new notifications (PM's etc) there will be a number appear next to notifications telling you how many you have.

I tried to reply to a message sent to me but it wouldnt let me.
Is there something Im am missing/not doing right?

If your inbox was full in the old format. It would have transferred to this new format. Currently the Inbox size is less than the old format so if you have excess messages they won't send until you clear old messages.

Yes I had asimilar problem but found it worked when I cleared out all my mail from BC (before Crash)
Are you still having problems?

Give it time. This new place will take us all some working out. The old program was just too 'buggy'. Just think of the extra exercise your brain cells are getting and how this may defer your Alzheimers' (?:) )
