Tropical HIghlands Plantings

I am looking into a food forest for my 5 hectare plot. I am in South Sulawesi and am at latitude -3.09722222222 and longitude: 119.852777778 of an elev of around 600-800m.

I am wondering what resources there are for finding species that will work here well. I have some of local varieties but would like to look at what else would go well here.

At that altitude and latitude you're still looking at tropical species, it will be too hot for most temperate plants. A simple web search should give you all the information you want.

Its the coldest winter I can recall here at the moment (lowest temp 1C so far, but several days only getting to 10C or lower), I am envious of your climate!
