Seeking property of 5 plus hectares in NZ (Northland or Nelson-Marlborough) or Tasmania (East, NE or N) with water and preferably with habitable house or barn.
We are active in conservation and wildlife rehabilitation, so a bush block needing protection (by covenant etc) with area for domestic permaculture production would be great.
We have sold our farm and are cash purchasers for the right place at the right price.
