Greetings, we aquired some chooks some time ago,our Rhode Island Red has a large growth hanging down below its neck.It is around the size of a softball.It looks like it is very uncomfortable for the chook.I have a couple of pix,but I'm not sure how to post them.I was told by the people we got the chooks from that it was a goiter.Can anyone advise is this is curtains for the red,or if there is a simple way of treating it. Thanks.
