Hello from a Newb !

Hello Everyone :D

I just moved to NZ from California (southern), and have been trolling these forums for quite a while ;) Moved over here with my 2 year old son and my wife, and couldn't be happier (although we miss deer, bears, etc.... and burritos). I'm a web developer, but eventually want to get my permaculture diploma... time and money permitting. We're having another kid... so, it may be a little while :)

In the interm, we're in a house and completely sheet mulching all the lawns and planting our keyhole gardens. There is still a little square of grass for the kid to play in though :)

Anyhow, I'll try to start contributing... and will be throwing questions out there about helpful web applications that could be built around permaculture. I'm sure Murray will have some ideas :)

Hi dylanz - - wait until the finals of next years rugby season - - there's usually enough partying winners and losers to replace the missing bears and deers... LOL

there used to be a mexican place in Christchurch that sold almost authentic burritos... (that was in the 90's, probably well gone by now)
