Trees Trees Trees and Arborsculpture

Hey folks,
I'm shaping trees into things like furniture, bridges, boats and lots of other shapes. The art form is called Arborsculpture. I have started a new blog and just put up a youtube video. Anyway shaping live trees into useful items can go a long way toward designing a permaculture abode Imaging if folks planted there furniture then started building their house. Harvesting the furniture after 3 years to use inside.

Absolutley amazing,the book is on my wish list.
It looks like some kind of birch they are using,i wonder what kind of tree would be suitable in my climate(sub tropical)?

All trees will work to one degree or anouther

Can you grow ficus, ? I would try it if I lived in the sub tropics.
