did you know that qld govt will give 50% (max $50) on the purchase of a worm farm.

So like, if I paid my wife $50 not to dump that old bathtub/fridge/barrel/shelving unit/etc etc etc and bred worms in it instead, the government would give me $50? That's civilised!

Hi Richard,
that would be great, your wife could also put an old bath tub under the drain pipe and sting the govt for the cost of a rain water tank!
On a serious note, the qld govt is offering rebates on lots of water wise products, if anyone wants an application form to see what is covered, please email me at paul@wormsdownunder.com.au

what is the advantage of a ready made worm farm?
My husband uses white Polystorol boxes from the market.
(I know he dreams a bit of a better worm farm)
Or are there plans? We've quite a bit fence lattice left over.
