um the not having your own space (i mean to have a pee in the garden is like doing it in public), and the noise.

Welcome to the suburbs..At a guess id say that what your doing there wouldnt be noticed by anyone bar your immediate neighbours????

I can just see your place during a drout everyone elses gardens will look crap but your place will be like a healthy thumb in a hand full of sore fingers.

the neighbours notice i reckon just they don't understand, don't see the reasoning behind it so turn a blind eye.

got a young couple over the road installing a new un-water wise garden out in the noon day sun, blistering heat, planting tropicals, but then i expect they think water is an unlimited resopurce and gov will always find some somewhere for the taps, well he sneeks his flash new 4X around the back to give it a hose washing hey mmmmm chuckle.
