River Cottage - interesting website

Hi all,

Any one who has cable TV and has seen a program called 'River Cottage Forever' may have found it interesting due to its sustainable and organic format.

I recently found his website and anyone interested will get a fairly decent read at http://www.rivercottage.net/index.jsp

While some of his food choices dont exactly wet my appetite i do like his efforts to produce and raise his own meats. This is a good section on his site and well worth the read alone.

Many thanks for the info; River Cottage Forever was the third in the series (Escape to River Cottage, Return to River Cottage preceded it) and we found them immensely entertaining. We were lucky enough to have affluent relations with cable TV who recorded the episodes of each for us!
