Solar cookers are a fantastic way to use the abundant sunshine that most of us in Australia are blessed with. They can not only reduce your energy consumption by allowing you to forego typically energy intensive methods of cooking, but also, for those who have sampled good 'slow-cooked' food, it really can be a better way to cook all round.
