Hi all,
For any of those wishing to make the break to little 'ol Tassie, then here is a property which has always taken my fancy! We actually looked at buying this place about 6 years ago, but someone bought it before we got the chance to decide on an offer! Now it is up for sale again, but in the mean time we bought 50 acres about 10 minutes drive from this property. If i had the spare cash, i would love to purchase it still! I am not in any way a real estate agent, or gaining anything from posting this link, but thought that someone 'permie minded' out there who had a few dollars tucked away would be interested! I love the north west coast and think this property is in an excellent location and it really is VERY private, a wonderful house, fantastic soil, and great rainfall.
