Ok, itistimenow. I checked out your website and your community/goals seem admirable.
However, I take extreme exception to your first three posts in three different threads being nothing more that advertisement for your website. In my book, this is spam.
Therefore, I have allowed this post to pass, but deleted the other two. Hopefully your next posts will be of a contributory nature to the forums here and not merely self-promotion.
Thanks.
Bill

I would have thought offering an amazing lifestyle to those interested in Permaculture would have been contributing in a highly practical way. Not just talk, but actually living our ideals. But that's just me.

Hi, I looked at your web site:
"We live on a stunning 40 acre property in the heart of Australia's 'Rainbow Region'. With breathtaking views of Mt. Warning and backing up to the Border Ranges National Park"
Wow! How did you get 40 acres there? I thought it was super expensive around that area?

itistimenow,
Your offer is, as I said, admirable. But please be aware that this (and most other forums) are flooded daily with new members who's only purpose in "joining" is to get the link they include in their signature line seen by search engines so as to increase their standing in search results. The will quite often post numerous times to increase this "hit count". They contribute nothing to the forum except the clutter of their advertising. In general, we ban instantly any new member who includes a link in their signature.
Your initial posting and inclusion of a link in your signature line fit this paradigm perfectly. Normally you would have been banned without thought. But I spent the time to check out your link and noted it's sincerity, so one of your three posts was allowed to stand. Three posts in three different places on the forum is still considered spam so the other two were deleted. This is not a place to push an agenda nor serve as personal advertising for your effort by making multiple posts of essentially the same thing.
Enough said?
I hope you get some contacts for your place, as I understand your enthusiasm.

Now I think it is, but it's not for sale. So land value doesn't matter. It effects only rates and overheads.
